The net effect is that if the Mage's most recent Living Bomb target is the same as their Impact target, that target will no longer lose the Living Bomb effect. Impact: When Living Bomb is spread via this talent, it will only be spread to two additional targets.Spellsteal mana cost has been increased 100%. Its damage has been increased so that both versions of Pyroblast now do the same amount of damage. Pyroblast: The version of this spell cast when Hot Streak is not active did slightly less damage than the Hot Streak version. This conversion still only applies to Strength above and beyond their base Strength. Parry: Death Knights, paladins, and warriors now receive 27% of their Strength bonuses as parry rating, up from 25%. Their base chance to dodge is now a fixed 5%. Though there is a lot of optimism for World of Warcraft fans that Dragonflight can right the ship after the shortcomings of Shadowlands and Battle for Azeroth, players will find out for themselves once the doors to the Dragon Isles open on November 28th.Dodge: Death Knights, paladins, and warriors no longer receive any bonus to their chance to dodge from Agility. With Dragonflight releasing in a week, Blizzard Entertainment is setting the stage for the launch of the new expansion, having concluded a stress test on the beta yesterday. On one hand, players might argue that it gave Dracthyr an unfair advantage compared to other races – but on the other hand, the lack of any tier sets on top of being a mail-wearer restrict Dracthyr Evokers from truly benefiting in transmogrification farming. Though it may have been folly to expect that 930% flying speed would have made it to launch, it made farming old raids in World of Warcraft and traversing old zones especially exciting and convenient in an unprecedented way. Though the Dracthyr Evokers have no doubt exploded in popularity after they were made available on November 15th, there is one point of contention that players are still sore about – the old Soar speed. Nefarian (Blackwing Lair) has a special call out for Evokers, like expected. The incident was spotted by Maximilian Bane on their Evoker, who shared it with the World of Warcraft community on Reddit. This verbal attack is accompanied by a debuff that literally transforms the player into a whelp, lowering their damage and healing by 100% for 20 seconds. Much like with other classes, he calls out the Evokers during his encounter as the final boss of Blackwing Lair, insulting the Dracthyr for being whelps abandoned by their father. To that end, the developers created new anima powers for the Evoker in Torghast, and though a fair bit of quest text fails to recognize the Evoker class starting with a vowel, Blizzard has done more than a decent job in making the Dracthyr a worthy addition to the overall tapestry of races and classes in World of Warcraft.
